The XL System works on the same principle as a standard wedge tile leveling system. The clip is placed beneath the tile, after which a wedge is inserted through the opening. Using tile leveling pliers, controlled pressure is applied to bring adjacent tiles into perfect alignment. Once the adhesive has fully cured, the clips can be easily removed, while the wedges can be reused for future installations.
The main difference lies in the height of the clips. The standard Levelit System is designed for tiles with a thickness of 6–12 mm, while the XL System is specifically developed for thicker tiles measuring 15–25 mm or 22–30 mm. This gives the XL System the stability and clamping force required for heavier, thicker tiles without compromising on precision or ease of use.
