Levelit spacer clips form the foundation of the Levelit tile levelling system, enabling fast, accurate, and professional tile installation. The clips ensure perfect alignment of adjacent tiles, create a perfectly level tile surface, and maintain a consistent grout joint width throughout the entire project. This prevents lippage between tiles and delivers a clean, professional finish.
Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, the clips feature a strong T-shaped base that provides optimal stability during installation. They are specially designed for large-format tiles and are suitable for tile thicknesses from 6 to 12 mm. For tiles with a thickness between 3 and 6 mm, use in combination with the spacer clip riser. Combined with the Levelit wedges and levelling pliers, they create an efficient system that keeps tiles perfectly positioned while the adhesive cures.

Always apply sufficient tile adhesive and place the first tile. Check that the tile is perfectly level before continuing with the installation.
Slide the clip(s) underneath the tile and press the tile down gently. Place the next tile after installing the clips. Make sure the tile is positioned on top of the clip base.
Depending on the tile size, place one or more clips along each side. Tap the tile into place.
Slide the wedge through the opening of the clip. Use levelling pliers to push the wedge through the clip with sufficient force until the tiles are perfectly level.
Tip: Do not remove the wedge yet.
Leave the wedge in place for less than 24 hours after tightening. Once the tile adhesive is almost fully cured, the clip and wedge can be easily removed using a rubber mallet or your foot.
Tip: Always break the clip and wedge in the direction of the grout joint.
Remove the wedges from the clips. The wedges can be reused.
The number of clips and wedges required depends on several factors, including the tile size and the total area to be tiled. Refer to the consumption guide below to calculate the required quantity.
