Technical Specifications
The Levelit Adjustable Plastic Pliers are the ideal choice for anyone using a tile levelling system for the first time or installing tiles occasionally. Thanks to their lightweight design and simple operation, these pliers provide a comfortable and user-friendly solution for smaller tiling projects.
The adjustable pin allows the pliers to be easily adapted to different tile thicknesses. This ensures even pressure is applied to the wedges and clips, contributing to consistent levelling, perfect tile alignment and a flat final result. The durable plastic construction makes the pliers lightweight, practical and suitable for repeated use during renovation and tiling projects.
Step 1: Loosen the top screw almost completely.
Step 2: Place the pliers on the clip and wedge.
Step 3: Tighten the clamp and turn the screw until you feel the pliers release slightly.
Step 4: The clamping force is now set for the project, allowing you to apply the same pressure to every tile.
The front part of the pliers’ head can be moved to adjust the tool to the tile thickness.
Watch the video on how to adjust the pliers. You can find it in the product images.
The number of clips and wedges required depends on various factors, such as the tile size and the total area to be tiled. Please refer to the consumption guide below.
Step 1Measure the length and width of the tile. Then, locate these dimensions in the calculation table adjacent to this section. The point where both measurements intersect indicates the number of clips required per m².
Bereken de totale oppervlakte van het te betegelen oppervlak in m2. Vermenigvuldig hiervoor de lengte met de breedte van de ruimte.
VeMultiply the number of clips per m² (from Step 1) by the total area to be tiled (from Step 2). This will provide the total number of clips required for your project.
