Met de complete Levelit starterset beschikt u onmiddellijk over alle benodigde onderdelen om professioneel aan de slag te gaan met het Levelit tegel nivelleersysteem. De set bevat Levelit spacer clips, herbruikbare spieën en een kunststof instelbare tang, zodat u zonder extra aankopen een perfect vlak tegeloppervlak kunt realiseren.
De Levelit spacer clips zorgen voor een perfecte uitlijning van aangrenzende tegels, een perfect vlak tegeloppervlak en een constante voegbreedte tijdens het plaatsen. In combinatie met de spieën en tang worden hoogteverschillen tussen tegels effectief voorkomen, terwijl de tegels tijdens het uitharden van de lijm stevig op hun plaats blijven. Dit resulteert in een strakke, professionele afwerking van zowel vloer- als wandtegels.
Dankzij deze complete set kunt u meteen aan de slag zonder extra accessoires aan te schaffen. De herbruikbare emmer maakt het bovendien eenvoudig om alle onderdelen overzichtelijk op te bergen, te transporteren en te beschermen op de werf.
Always apply sufficient tile adhesive and place the first tile. Check that the tile is perfectly level before continuing with the installation.
Slide the clip(s) underneath the tile and press the tile down gently. Place the next tile after installing the clips. Make sure the tile is positioned on top of the clip base.
Depending on the tile size, place one or more clips along each side. Tap the tile into place.
Slide the wedge through the opening of the clip. Use levelling pliers to push the wedge through the clip with sufficient force until the tiles are perfectly level.
Tip: Do not remove the wedge yet.
Leave the wedge in place for less than 24 hours after tightening. Once the tile adhesive is almost fully cured, the clip and wedge can be easily removed using a rubber mallet or your foot.
Tip: Always break the clip and wedge in the direction of the grout joint.
Remove the wedges from the clips. The wedges can be reused.
The number of clips and wedges required depends on several factors, such as the tile size and the total area to be tiled. Please refer to the consumption guide below.
Step 1Measure the length and width of the tile. Then locate these dimensions in the calculation table next to this guide. The point where both measurements intersect indicates the required number of clips per m2.
Calculate the total surface area of the area to be tiled in m2. To do this, multiply the length by the width of the room.
Multiply the number of clips per m2 (from step 1) by the total surface area of the area to be tiled (from step 2). This will give you the total number of clips required for your project.
