With the complete Tiling Buddy starter kit, you immediately have all the necessary components to precisely and easily level small-format tiles. The kit contains Tiling Buddy clips and wedges, conveniently packed in a sturdy and reusable bucket.
The Tiling Buddy clips ensure perfect alignment of adjacent tiles, a consistent joint width, and a perfectly flat tile surface. Thanks to the T-shaped base, the clips remain firmly in place during installation, preventing shifts and guaranteeing a sleek finish. The clips are suitable for tile thicknesses of 5 to 15 mm and are ideal for smaller spaces and tiles up to 60 x 60 cm.
The clips are manufactured from high-quality polypropylene and feature a precise break-off point just above the base. This allows them to be easily removed after the adhesive has cured, without leaving any residue in the joint. In combination with the Tiling Buddy wedges, a constant pressure is built up, resulting in a professional tile installation with a perfectly flat end result.
Thanks to this complete kit, you can get to work immediately without purchasing additional accessories. The reusable bucket also makes it easy to organize, transport, and protect all components during any tiling project.
Zorg altijd voor voldoende tegellijm en plaats de eerste tegel. Controleer of deze tegel volledig waterpas ligt voordat je verder werkt.
Schuif de clip(s) onder de tegel en druk de tegel licht aan. Plaats de volgende tegel nadat je de clips hebt aangebracht. Zorg ervoor dat de tegel bovenop het voetje van de clip wordt geplaatst.
Afhankelijk van het formaat van de tegel plaats je één of meerdere clips per zijde. Klop de tegel aan.
Schuif de spie door de opening van de clip. Gebruik een nivelleertang om de spie met voldoende kracht door de clip te duwen totdat de tegels perfect vlak liggen.
Tip: Verwijder de spie nog niet.
Laat de spie na het vastzetten minder dan 24 uur zitten. Zodra de tegellijm BIJNA volledig is uitgehard, kunnen de clip en de spie eenvoudig worden verwijderd met een rubberen hamer of met de voet.
Tip: Breek de clip en spie altijd in de richting van de voeg.
Haal de spieën uit de clips. De spieën kunnen opnieuw worden gebruikt.

Measure the length and width of the tile. Then, locate these dimensions in the calculation table adjacent to this section. The point where both measurements intersect indicates the number of clips required per m².
Calculate the total area of the surface to be tiled in m2. To do this, multiply the length by the width of the room.
Multiply the number of clips per m² (from Step 1) by the total area to be tiled (from Step 2). This will provide the total number of clips required for your project.
